The group combined strong vocal harmonies with contemporary electronic production, positioning themselves for radio and club play during the era. They worked with prominent producers and remix teams associated with the dance scene, and their records were released through DVB Records and marketed by A&M Records. Their sound sits firmly in the 90s club-pop tradition — melodic, energetic and geared toward dancefloors.

This single, "Love Is Alive", showcases the group's club orientation. The release includes the LP Version and a remix credited as LCD's Return To Galactica Edit, both tailored for DJs and radio. Produced and remixed for W&R Group, the tracks highlight the record's electronic arrangements and the trio's vocal focus. Issued in 1997, the single ties into the group's broader dance-pop catalogue and the DVB/A&M promotional campaign.

Written by Gary Wright
Published by MCA Music Publishing, a division of Universal Studios Inc.
