Twenty-six journals are indexed by Title, Author and Keyword since their inception. Six NCA journals also include searchable abstracts and full text. Please see the accompanying list for the titles of all 26 journals included in this release. The titles of the NCA journals ap-pear in boldface text. Future releases will encompass more journals and include more with abstracts and full text. The index in print (no longer in production) For two decades, NCA published the printed book Index to Journals in Communication Studies under the editorship of Ronald J. Matlon. The last printed edition, edited by Matlon and Sylvia P. Ortiz, was released in 1997 (journals through 1995) and contained proofed tables of contents for 24 journals with catalogues by Keyword and Author. CommSearch, the electronic resource, contains the same Author, Title and Keyword data that is searched electronically by the user. Additionally, users can view and search full text and abstracts for the six NCA journals.
