The group is known for expansive, atmospheric indie rock that blends chiming guitars, layered textures, and melancholy melodies. Their songwriting balances anthemic hooks and subtle textural production, often building songs from quiet intros to cathartic climaxes. Doves have been critically acclaimed for strong albums and emotive live performances.

Some Cities is a widescreen, anthemic record that leans into big rock arrangements and cinematic production. This release includes alternate mixes by Rich Costey, as noted in the tracklist, and highlights singles such as Black and White Town and Walk In Fire. The album emphasizes driving rhythms, soaring choruses, and a mix of electronic and organic instrumentation that gives it both immediacy and depth. Fans of indie and alternative rock will find the record to be one of the band's most direct and powerful statements.

Includes Rich Costey mixes of "Some Cities" and "Walk In Fire" as listed on the tracklist.

Tracklist

1.
Some Cities (Rich Costey Mix)

2.
Black and White Town

3.
Almost Forgot Myself

4.
Snowden

5.
The Storm

6.
Walk In Fire (Rich Costey Mix)

7.
One Of These Days

8.
Some Day Soon

9.
Shadows Of Salford

10.
Sky Starts Falling

11.
Ambition

For CD Player
