Ten missions take the elite unit from the point of origin in Afghanistan to stops in Chechnya and a South Pacific island.\u003cbr\u003e\u003cbr\u003eSniping plays an important role in CTU: Marine Sharpshooter and the main character only carries a knife, SOCOM pistol, and sniper rifle. In each mission, the sharpshooter is accompanied by an \"advance\" observer who is given commands to hold position, follow, fire (using an M4), or hold fire. Sniper weapons include the M40A3, M82A1, and the Accuracy International AW, each with varying load times, crosshairs, and scope zoom levels.\u003cbr\u003e\u003cbr\u003eAdditional features include a limited number of health packs for each mission and a Global Positioning System that assists in orientation and highlights potential targets (red and yellow for active shooters and non-firing enemies respectively, and blue for the observer).
