You will end your journey in Port Electrophoresis with a review of Agarose Gel Electrophoresis, SDS-PAGE, Southern Blots, Northern Blots, Western Blots, and Troubleshooting Techniques. Upon completion of the Molecular Technology Program, students should be able to do the following: 1. Recognize all of the major molecular technologies. 2.
