Rising to prominence after leaving Procol Harum, Trower built a reputation for expressive, blues-rooted rock that emphasized tone, feel and sustained melodic lines. His best-known studio work, such as the album Bridge Of Sighs, helped establish him as a leading guitar hero of that era. Over the years Trower has performed with a rotating lineup of talented rhythm sections and vocalists, most notably James Dewar on early recordings, and drummers such as Reg Isidore and Bill Lordan.

This compilation collects live recordings from a range of U.S. performances between 1974 and 1980, presenting previously unreleased concert material across multiple shows and years.
