Refund policy

Returns 
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging you received it in.

Since media can be used and/or copied and then returned, we do not accept returns unless what was sent differs from what was listed on our site. At our discretion, we may provide store credit depending on the situation. Compatibility issues for computer software is the responsibility of the buyer and should be researched prior to purchase. Our site states generic requirements, for example, "For Windows", but it is the buyer's responsibility to research if their specific computer setup will allow the software to work correctly (i.e. whether the software is too old to work on the computer's OS, or if your computer is too old to run the program). Please message us beforehand if you have questions on whether the software will work on a specific OS version, and we will try our best to determine if it will work.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds or exchanges are granted (if applicable) :
- Any item with obvious signs of use outside of its original condition

- Items that were listed as New or New & Sealed that have been opened by the buyer 

- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error 

- Any item returned without prior authorization from NeverDieMedia

- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery 

 

Refunds (if applicable) 
All refunds must receive a pre-authorization from a NeverDieMedia agent before buyer sends the item back. You may contact returns@neverdiemedia.com, use the chat box on https://www.neverdiemedia.com or fill out the form via https://www.neverdiemedia.com/need-help.

Once your return is approved, received and inspected, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within 7 days of receipt, but often times sooner. 

 

Late or missing refunds (if applicable) 

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. 
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges (if applicable) 

All exchanges must receive a pre-authorization from a NeverDieMedia agent before buyer sends the original item back for an exchange. You may contact returns@neverdiemedia.com, use the chat box on https://www.neverdiemedia.com or fill out the form via https://www.neverdiemedia.com/need-help.

Once your return is approved, received and inspected, NeverDieMedia will provide a unique code to your email address. This code will allow you to make one transactional purchase of item/s of equal or lesser value of the approved exchange amount.


Shipping 
To return your product for either a refund or exchange after approval, we will send you the proper warehouse to send the item back to once your return is approved. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of original shipping may be deducted from your refund upon our discretion. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. You should consider using a trackable shipping service and/or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
